Meet Madison!
Hello my name is Madison!
My story with Community House started 10 years ago when I was eight years old in 2014. My mom and I had entered CHOB when she was struggling with a drug relapse and had very unexpectedly lost housing. The staff at Community House quickly welcomed us with open arms and my life changed. I attended the Kid’s Club and church during our stay and I became a Christian and gave my life to Christ.
After staying at CHOB, my mom and I moved up to Lewis County. Today, I am 18 and my mom has been clean and sober for nearly 9 years this coming September. I now work at CORE Lewis and planning to go to college and eventually become a family practitioner.
Because of my start at Community House, I get to have my mother by my side, be involved in my community in multiple areas, and most importantly, I have hope and a vision for my future.
Thank you, Community House!
