  • CHOB Kitchen

    Regular Nourishing Meals & More.

With the backing of cook groups, volunteers, and community members, we can offer consistent nourishing dinners, emergency clothing, and personal items to the shelter residents.

  • Professional Case Management.

By utilizing Professional Case Management, we can work together to assist residents and families in accessing services and solutions to address their health requirements. Our goal is to enhance patient safety, care quality, and cost-efficient results.

  • Behavioral Health Services.

By collaborating with CORE Health, Community House can provide onsite Mental Health, Substance Use Treatment, Peer Counseling, and other services. Our aim is to assist individuals and families in overcoming barriers to homelessness by offering support and resources.

  • Kids Club.

At Community House on Broadway, we offer Kids Club and an after-school program tailored for the children residing at Community House. The Kids Club provides a safe space for children while their parents engage in services, seek employment, and access resources within the community.

  • Supportive Housing & Employment.

Community House offers supportive housing and supportive employment to the residents at the house. Through these services, we are able help our residents find and keep permanent housing and gainful employment. We work to meet the specific needs of our residents so that they are able to stably recover and become independent, thriving members of our community.
