Frank Morrison first started as the Executive Director at Community House on Broadway in 2012. During his first year as director, Frank noticed the need in our community for mental health and substance use services and the correlation it had with homelessness. His goal was to provide mental health and substance use services on site at Community House. In 2015 he started CORE Health in hopes of providing these much needed behavioral health services for those in need. His dedication and service to the community has grown into a team effort that meets the client where they are at!

Tara began working for Community House On Broadway in 2017 as a housing specialist. She assisted in organizing and developing our supportive housing program and during those years helped many of our community house residents secure stable housing. In 2019 she accepted the position of Director of Care of Community House on Broadway, where she provides support to ensure all residents are receiving the services they need to enhance and heal all aspects of their lives. Careful and diligent coordination of care is her top priority daily. She honors the mission of our faith based organization by inspiring our residents to overcome their barriers while learning how to have the confidence they need to become stable and healthy members of our community.

Alexis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, minoring in Human Development where she worked coincidently as the Regional Manager for Dutch Bros Coffee. Alexis has experience working for the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families as a Social Service Specialist prior to working for CORE Health. Alexis graduated with a Master of Science in Psychology specializing in Child and Adolescent Development in April of 2024, and began working for CORE Health.
